For over 50 years, Anglicare Foster Care has been walking alongside children and families across NSW, and we’d love you to be part of the story.
Our foster carers come from all walks of life. Couples, single people, empty nesters, families with children of their own. There’s no single mould for a great carer. If you’ve got warmth, flexibility, and a genuine willingness to show up for a child, you’ve already got what matters most.
Whether you can offer a safe place for a night, a few weeks, or the long haul, there’s a way to foster that fits your life. We support long-term, short-term, crisis, and respite care, and as an accredited adoption service provider, we can also support adoption from foster care when that is in the best interests of the child.
When you foster with Anglicare, you’re never doing it alone. You’ll be supported by a dedicated case manager, access to our Clinical Care team, and ongoing training and resources. Our Carer Engagement team also works with local churches to build real support networks around foster families, from meal rosters and practical help to someone to talk to when you need it most.
We support foster families across much of NSW, from Greater Sydney and the Central Coast to Newcastle, the Illawarra Shoalhaven, Central West, and New England North West.
