Shine a Light on Exceptional Care: Nominations Open for the 2026 Carer Recognition Awards
Every day across New South Wales, carers make a profound difference in the lives of children and young people. Through patience, commitment and compassion, foster carers, kinship carers, guardians and adoptive parents help create safe, stable and nurturing homes where children can grow, heal and thrive.
The 2026 Carer Recognition Awards are an opportunity to celebrate this work and recognise the people who go above and beyond to support children and young people in their care.
Nominations are open and it’s time to acknowledge the carers whose dedication, compassion and care make a lasting difference across our communities.
If you know a carer who deserves recognition, now is your chance to celebrate their impact and shine a light on the vital role they play!
